ABOUT
Having made movies since the age of four, Daniel Carpenter is a visual storyteller, using the mediums of film, animation, virtual reality, voiceover work, and writing to effectively communicate powerful experiences with creative entertainment value.
In elementary school, Daniel organized a group of filmmakers in his own home, leading them to complete a film by the end of each summer for a total of five years. During his high school years, he gained leadership and creative experience on the school announcements, which would broadcast to the entire body of nearly two thousand students. His skills grew both in front of and behind the camera.
Daniel completed his academic career by graduating with a bachelor's degree in Film Production. He is currently unavailable for freelance work.
MISC. FACTS
Founded and oversaw a summer moviemaking club that lasted from 2008 to 2012. The club would bring a movie from concept to premiere in the span of a few months. The club's projects include Legos (2008), Shadows (2009), Possessed (2010), Classified Information (2011), and a collection of experimental short films released in 2012.
Single-handedly produced a short film during college completely independent from his film curriculum. Starring over a dozen cast members, The Fozboss (2019) debuted in a private venue to over fifty guests and has gone on to earn over six hundred views on YouTube.
Experienced as a film festival judge, having judged professionally for local festivals both in-person and virtually.
